Rockstar customer service agent needed for text-based support desk in UK Hemp Company

Hi, we have a growing company that is currently seeking a part-time customer service agent to run our text-based support desk. The ideal candidate should have excellent spelling and grammar skills, as the role is one of answering customer enquiries, via. social media and email. The candidate will need to have prior knowledge or experience with online businesses, as the company has a busy eCommerce website. Additional VA skills would offer an advantage because as we expand, we would like the candidate to stay with us, enjoy a long-term working relationship and recruit some extra staff.
