Including

a) Working for buyers/tenant (Data Base)
Search for property for sale and business for sale or lease, especially restaurant by internet.
Search for Shopping center for company or person.
Coordinate buyer/tenant with broker/landlord/seller.
Maintain data

b) Contact Owner of Property or Business (Cold Calling)
Contact real estate owner and restaurant owner and ask them if they are interested in selling it over the phone. (Listing)

C) Escrow
Take care of escrow activity.

D) Report

(Net Connection fee of $30 is paid beside the monthly pay every month.)
