Are you an Infusionsoft VA that aims to become a REAL expert Infusionsoft Specialist?

Soul Rich Woman is looking for future Infusionsoft Specialists who will be responsible for helping our clients with their Infusionsoft app. The Infusionsoft CRM Apprentice will have the ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate required skills in basic Infusionsoft functions in the Marketing and CRM modules. You will be trained to be an expert in Infusionsoft.

Job Description *you must already know*:



• Basic configuration: logo, email defaults, templates, user permissions, team roles

• Modify/Build Email Campaigns with click/tag goals, decision diamonds

• Configure internal forms for quick add contact, short add forms, interactive view

• Integrate webforms with common landing page software like Leadpages, Clickfunnels, Unbounce, Instapages, Thrive forms or HMTL embed

• Import, Re-Import databases, do Duplicate Checks

• Set up lead scoring, round-robins

• Create Saved Searches and Reports, configure a meaningful KPI dashboard



If you don’t already know, you will be learning to:

• Customize webforms and order forms with some HTML/CSS

• Configure Sales Pipelines, generate useful sales reports, configure dashboard/reports

• Configure eCommerce payments, order forms, invoices etc

• Integrate with other software like Cliniko, Mindbodyonline, Quickbooks/XERO

• Implement Membership or LMS site integration: Wishlist, Memberium, LearnDash

• Master Marketing ROI reporting with tools like WickedReports

• Use third party software like: iTracker360, Plusthis/MyFusionHelper, Graphly, Macanta

• Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide interpretation and recommendations for improvement



Who you are:

You are someone who has a passion for Infusionsoft. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, curious, and an analytical thinker. You are comfortable using online collaboration like Trello, project time-tracking tools like Time Doctor, landing page tools like LeadPages, Unbounce. You enjoy a challenge and are motivated by results and corresponding rewards.



Must possess:

• Good Internet, good with Wordpress

• Comfortable to learn new technologies

• Basic HTML and CSS

• Ability to multi-task

• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.

• Detail oriented. Highly organized

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Problem solving & critical thinking
