*** Job Overview ***

Your job is to search online for creative talents that are based in China.

This includes videographers, photographers, graphic designers.

We will give you a few platforms to help you search and get started.

You will then reach out to them to send an invitation through either Direct Message, or E-Mail to join our team as freelancer.

You will then prompt them to submit their latest works/portfolio.

Once 300 potential talents are contacted, a milestone is marked as complete.

We are looking for professional creatives of all ages and backgrounds.

We begin by searching for talent that are based in China.
They can be expats, locals.


*** Training ***

You will be given a guideline on how to complete the process per outreach.


*** Requirements ***

Experience in social marketing, lead generation.
Proficiency in English
Ability to meet deadlines and work
Great energy and cheerful personality

*** Compensation ***

• You will be paid 35.00USD for every milestone completed. Please note that there is a 10 business day deadline per milestone.
