D.I.S.C. personality testing
Fast internet
Social Media expert
High Level of Photoshop and Lightroom editing work experience; specifically with Real Estate
Both Photoshop and Lightroom programs are required
Attention to detail is a must
Understanding of SEO marketing and keywording; to attract the exact clients we are looking for

Job Description:
Photo Editing including: Sky Replacement when necessary, Composite images, multi-layer imaging and clutter removal
Same day turnaround for all edits unless instructed otherwise
Consistent quality
Unedited photo files will be submitted by 1pm PHT
Edited files MUST be returned by 1am PHT
Updating website images
Other miscellaneous administrative tasks

Pay:
$1 / satisfactorily edited photo
Approximately 25 / job
Approximately 10-15 jobs / week
Approximately ---------- photos / week
Approximate weekly income $200-$400 PER WEEK!!!
