Word Press Wizard Needed to create a Property Management Website

I need a WordPress Website created for a Property Management Company company. I also need a logo created that can be installed onto the website . This is a work for hire agreement and I will expect all rights to be delivered to me in respect of this work as part of your bid. I will outline headings but you need to write the content and upload pictures/graphics/logos which I require to be followed by delivering this work. This is an easy project for anyone who knows what they are doing. I require the project to be started immediately on selection of bid. Please provide examples of previous similar work, advise expected delivery date and any other factors you feel relevant to your bid.
