Developer needed for a task (Excel experts can take a look as well)

We are looking for a developer who can create a simple and light program for keyword usage. Basically, this program will enable a user to enter in a set of keywords into a text field (we will call this field 0) and as these same keywords are entered into another field (i.e., fields 1 to 12), they get removed from field 0. Mockups will be provided.
Please let us know in what programming language will you be coding. This program will likely be used by more than 1 person at a time. If you're an Excel ninja, then this can also be created in Excel as well. Please note, users will not have Macro functions available so VB scripting may not be an option. We are flexible and okay with either option (i.e., a small program or Excel) as long as it is bug free.
