Looking for VA to fill in Marketing Assistant Role!

We are an international research platform/agency called UserTribe. We work with a lot of International brands and looking for several full-time experts within Facebook and if possible ---------- .

It would be great if you also have some telemarketing experiences/skills. It is important you master the English language on a high-level.

Tasks include the following:
• Create, monitor and improve FB-ads on an ongoing level
• Create Sponsored LinkedIn InMail (can be learned quickly if you know FB-ads already)
• Connect/recruit people on LinkedIn within different segments/industries, and ask them to join different paid research studies (online)
• Do phone interviews from time to time (not mandatory)
• Monitor our chat on an ongoing basis
• General online administrative tasks (create landing pages, send out emails, move videos from one system to another etc.)
• Other related tasks.

Required:
• You should have a wired internet connection with a decent speed
• Duty hours shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 10 PM - 6 PM (Philippine time)
• Daily team meeting
• Willing to work on a weekend
• Willing to be trained
• IT skills
• Social media skills: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
• Telemarketing skills
• With a marketing mind
• good communication skills in English
