Customer Service and VA for Amazon FBA Account

I need Customer Service assistant and VA for Amazon FBA account. Being able to communicate with customers and resolve issues, send replacements/ issue refunds within minutes, organize and maintain storefront, create Super URLs, perform split testing, work on sales funnels and being able to analyze front and back end keywords from competition, update listings, speak to amazon seller central and run amazon campaigns using newest techniques.
