List Builder- Find video creators to add to contact list

Hi! We are looking to hire someone to build an email contact list for us. The people you'll be targeting are people who are interested in beauty, video, cooking, design, art, and are looking for ways to make more money.

We have an audience that is mostly female, between the ages of 20-40. These women are looking for ways to make more money, and are socially active! They could be on Youtube, on Instagram, in college. We need their emails.

We want to get a list of 10,000 by end of April/Beginning of May, so aiming for a list of close to 5,000 people from the month of March.
