As a professional speaker I move crowds of thousands in a very high-end and lucrative industry. I am looking to increase inbound/outbound sales.

To do this I have a two prong approach:

Increase Inbound Sales

1. Create great articles and post them everywhere by leveraging social media and really improving SEO. Basically I am really good and I need to be found.

2. Create press releases. I want to create about 20 per month by rewriting articles (from step 1) and turning them into press releases. But that is your expertise... right? So your ideas will be valuable.

3. Get on television and really leverage the media. Again... your expertise right?


I dont need someone 40 hours a week; but I do need someone that can work with the second person that I will be hiring

Outbound Sales
I know the events that are hiring speakers. I need a smart, witty, charismatic person that does not get frustrated with the word NO but, considers it a challenge!

I need:

1. Someone that is charismatic and can set up conversations between me and the decision maker. They need to covey the value that I bring to the table so that I can close the sale.

2. Someone that can learn my market so that they know WHEN to market to decision makers. They need to become my sales machine.

3. Someone that can leverage the work done by the first person to do more outbound sales.

I don't need someone 40 hours a week; but I do need someone that can work with the first person. These two people will be a formidable team.

Besides the fact that I am the best person that anyone will ever work for; I pay a hefty commission for every closed sale. The average closed sale is very lucrative. For every closed sale, I will pay each person $250 US per month. On average I can close approximately 2-4 speaking engagements per month during a 3 month sales cycle. This means that by the end of 3 months, you can be earning your base salary plus an additional $500 - $1000 US per month for 10 hours of work.
