Operating IT Firm with Ticketing System (Autotask) - Creating Tickets and Assigning works
Communicating with Clients
Solving Customer Complaints
Answering Phones
Invoicing
Helpdesk support
Quality Checking for Techs' tickets
Ticket Escalation
Material Order
Essential Criteria
Exceptional communication skills (Australian Accent Preferred)
Proven customer service skills
Expert knowledge in Ticketing System (Autotask)
Helpdesk level IT Skills
Invoicing with Ticketing System
Ability to working in a team
Ability to prioritise workloads
Support our clients in a professional & timely manner
