Senior full stack developer

Looking for someone who can develop a complex web Application. Skills needed are the following. JAVASCRIPT.. Node.js, Angular or React...mongo db..deployment with digital ocean..this is a large project and will take a few months..must be able to work along side with a graphic designer.. must be honest about capabilities.. must write good clean well documented code..must build app to be responsive and scalable.
