JOB OVERVIEW

This is your opportunity to learn our business and receive the training you'll need to be promoted to an Account Executive position. As the Business Development Assistant you will support our Business Development team by providing exceptional sales support and assist in growing business for the firm.

You'll complete and track proposals, provide administrative/sales support to the sales team and maintain effective rapport with assigned clients through regular contact.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, send and track proposals
• Manage calendars; schedule client meetings, conference calls, and follow up appointments.
• Update sales pipelines; track proposals through preparation, follow up, and completion; produce weekly activity reports
• Maintain client relationship management database
• Prepare marketing materials for presentations and meetings
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Launch and maintain direct mailing campaigns
• Launch and maintain online marketing campaigns
• Must be skilled in proposal writing
• Will be responsible for responding to assigned RFP/ RFQs
• May assist with recruiting efforts on smaller accounts

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast paced sales environment
3 years of experience in a fast paced sales support role
Degree preferred
Experience updating a CRM software
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Computer Requirements:

• Reliable Laptop (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
• ACCEPTED Internet connections ARE DSL/Fiber/Cable. LTE / Broadband / Pocket WiFi/ Mobile data / Canopies NOT ALLOWED. (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
• Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation

Hours of work, Pay and Employee Benefits:
Minimum 30 hours per week during US-EST Business Hours (M-F 10AM-4PM)
5 days of paid vacation after six consecutive months of employment.
