Building fully responsive and SEO-optimised WordPress websites

Looking for someone who is very familiar with Wordpress, SEO, backlinks, and who is also happy to help me build websites, then help me maintain my websites by putting in content via curating (no need to ownself write any content), keep my website in optimum health, remove bad links, put in good backlinks, and let my websites rank on Google page one.

Start off on a project basis, once proven, can do more projects. Long term goal for me is to find someone who has good attitude, honest, loyal, hardworking and is happy to do full time once proven.
