ManyChat Specialist

We are looking for a talented and brilliant ManyChat expert to join our growing team! We have a big business to build, and we need someone with perseverance who will hustle to get things done, has a strong work ethic, is an extreme multitasker, and has the great integrity to see all projects through to the end. Position Information:
- Full-Time Monday to Friday
- 40 hours a week (flexible)
- Compensation is $1000 USD per month with an annual bonus
- 13th-month pay is compensated
- Must be able to work for our company exclusively (cannot work for another company at the same time) and be part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and actively manage our messaging chatbots using Manychat
- Integrate ---------- with business websites and Facebook business pages
- Craft engaging and knowledgeable automated answers to frequently asked customer questions
- Ensure chatbot responses to provide enjoyable and personal customer service experience
- Grow the company's Facebook messenger list using the ---------- Growth tools (i.e. Comment to Messenger Feature)
- Creatively use viral list-building posts such as quizzes and polls to build messenger list
- Send automated follow-up sequences, ads, and messages to market the company's services and new product launches
- Use the messenger list to facilitate conversations about eCommerce with prospects and customers
- Use ManyChat's growth tools acquired to provide excellent customer service, marketing launches, and product sales to potential customers
- Research: must have a current knowledge of what is happening in the fast-changing world of social and digital marketing specifically for competitors and tools being used
- Pitch new and exciting ideas on a consistent basis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expert level understanding of Manychat tools
- Experience creating and managing a Facebook business page ----------
- Track-record of producing sales through digital marketing
- Exceptional written and oral skills
- Exemplary customer service
