JOB OVERVIEW

Property Management Company in the United States looking for a long term, full-time bookkeeper / Virtual Assistant employee. Individual will be responsible for accounts payable, and must be good at finding and fixing problematic billing. Individual will also take all our after hours calls, and be able to relay information about our available rentals to potential tenants, as well as a variety of other tasks.

Requirements:

Quickbooks - Minimum 1 year experience
High English Proficiency - Both written and spoken
Problem Solver - Must be able to find and fix accounting errors
Detail Oriented
Proficient Computer Skills - Able to learn new software quickly
Proficient Internet Search/Research Skills
Self Starter
Computer Access with good home internet connection
Workday beginning at 5:00 PHT (earlier start required while training)

Appfolio Software experience

Payroll experience
