Here's just some of the criteria that this person would meet:

- Has a mixture of technical and artistic abilities

- Has their own computer and high speed Internet connection.

- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.

- Can work from home without distractions.

- Excellent organizational skills

- Can use Skype.

- Has a PayPal account.

- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other
skills.

- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)

Training will be provided but the ideal candidate should also
have the THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Proficient in Wordpress
- Good knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS
- Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar software
- A good eye for graphics, color and design
- Familiar with basic webmaster functions such as
- Installing Wordpress
- Installing and configuring plugins and themes
- Transferring files via FTP
- Basic editing of HTML and PHP code
- Ready and able to learn new skills as required
