The biggest parts for you would be recruiting new individual virtual assistents for making calls into the US and building a full backoffice into the philippines.
We are starting a wholesale project into the US market and need some virtual assistints to call wholesalers and suppliers to get inventory lists and negotiate with them.
We need someone who have a lot of experience in this job and know all the problems that could happen. Same as for the recruiting job we want long time intrinsically motivated workers in the backoffice as well and need a recruiter who knows how to find them and keep them motivated.

This job is for an audition. I will be selecting 2-3 candidates to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we'll choose whom to bring onto the team.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are two qualities that I am looking for:

Integrity and Commitment.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with me and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to me and the team. If you can hit a deadline or not.

Commitment. I've had freelancers for one project and others for over 3 years. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
