Why are we passionately pursuing for your services right now?

I'm gonna be honest with you, folks… I've gone through a bunch of different developers on oDesk and even personal friends… and almost no one has delivered consistent, timely, and quality results on a regular basis. Some of them are great for awhile, and then they disappear… others just don't work quickly.

Therefore, we're looking to bring somebody on board into our team who can learn how we operate and successfully complete projects in a timely manner.

Who would be the ideal team member?

We're looking for someone who is hard working, organized, has modest experience, and does what they say they will do quickly. We need you to be fast and proactive and helping us to grow. It really comes down to that. A sense of humor helps, too.

As our trusted developer, you will responsible for:

- maintaining Wordpress blogs
- creating membership sites on Wordpress, OptimizePress, and WishList member
- editing split tests (we'll help you with this one)
- editing web pages
- basic programming

If you have basic programming knowledge, that's a huge plus, but not totally necessary. HTML knowledge and experience is required.
