Customer Service Handling Phone Calls

1. Receive / make calls from customer to discuss issues / help answer questions. Instructions will be provided.
2. Relay daily interaction with customers via email to company employees (one daily update email).
3. Email interaction with customers as well is necessary.

Important - Customers are in North America timezone, so the job will be overnight.
