People’s careers and livelihoods depend on what we do so must have the right attitude and must be flawless so our company looking for a personal assistant with minimum 1+ years of experience.

Your Responsibilities:

Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, email and phone calls

Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive

Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

Organising events and conferences

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Collating and filing expenses

Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research


Skills Required:


Write in plain, conversational English


Fast typing 60 wpm minimum 95?uracy ( ---------- )


Fast reading 400 wpm minimum 80% Comprehension ( ---------- )



Excellent grammar and literacy


High energy levels


Self motivation


Stress tolerance




Must have:


Superb command of English in spoken and written English


Can follow instructions and can work with minimal supervision


Comfortable to use a time monitoring software


You are not required to have, or purchase, any other software or equipment.


You need to be able to commit to at least minimum 10 hours in a day and 50 hours of work per week. You must have sufficient self-discipline to work from home and meet deadlines. We expect a high quality work and a dedicated and accommodating attitude. and also this is for an immediate vacancy.

Own computer with minimum 5mbps Internet speed (GLOBE OR PLDT)

Our payment method is PHP 10,000.00 bi-weekly or 20,000.00 monthly as you like and can make directly to your Bank/PayPal account including fees.


Your salary will be 13 months in a year, and the bonus will be given during December.


Minimum PHP 2500 month raise will be given after seeing first 6 months performance and after 1 year minimum PHP 2500 and maximum PHP 5000 depends on your performance.
