Full Time E-commerce Amazon / Ebay Store Assistant / Virtual Assistant / Admin Assistant

We are an online retailer selling products through Amazon, Ebay and our own website. Established 6 years ago, we have enjoyed a sustained period of growth. We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage our Amazon and Ebay shops on a full-time basis. You will be required to work 8 hours a day 9am to 6pm UK time with an hour break.

As a minimum, you should have two years’ experience using Amazon Seller Central in the UK and Europe and Ebay UK. Full training will be given on aspects of Amazon and Ebay that you may not be familiar with.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Own computer and great internet connection
- Excellent administration and IT skills (use of Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with both eBay and Amazon is essential
- Minimum 2 year’s VA experience
- Good timekeeping and an ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills (on the phone and through email)
- Committed to working on this this job only
- Excellent attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Listing products on Amazon, eBay and our website.
- Increasing listing ranks and search results to drive traffic and sales.
- Researching competitors and reporting on potential price adjustments.
- Responding to customer emails about orders.
- Dealing with customer returns (we will let you know what has been returned).
- Follow up with any negative reviews.
- Manage FBA reimbursements.
- Raise queries with Amazon when required.
- Download monthly reports from Amazon and put this information into Excel spreadsheets.
- Update product quantities which have come into our warehouse onto our stock management system (full training will be given).
- Day to day management of our stock management system.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping.
- Assisting with social media marketing (mainly Facebook and Instagram).
- Contacting suppliers by email as and when required.
- Maintaining a supplier payment spreadsheet.
