Our company is expanding Nationwide and I'm looking for people who can join my team here on Cavite.

Computer Literate is a must. Applicants must have a
PC/Laptop at least with Windows 7 service pack 1.
Have a stable Internet connection.
Who can work 5 -6hours a day.
Eye in details and of course willing to train.
We will provide an online training thru our software. I will guide you during your training. Once you've passed the training you can work immediately.

Work Introduction
The job opportunity includes part-time “labelling” of images. GlimmerTech interns will be trained to use self-developed online system of work, according to the specific requirements of the project to “label” different types of features (most commonly buildings and houses).

Payment standards
Glimmertech calculates payment based on output. In very 2 weeks the work will be reviewed – there are no issues we will pay after 3 days (pending holidays and weekends). Cutoff will be Sunday and The pay will be Wednesday to Friday. However, if there are quality issues, we will push the work back and hold payment until it is corrected
1. Labeller payment
• Labellers are paid P75 per 150 features approved by checkers and judgers
• Labellers are punished for receiving comments from judgers
• We will monitor closely and, if a labeller continuously produces poor work, their account will be frozen. If the account is frozen more than once, they may be banned from the project
2. Checker payment
• Checkers are paid P75 for every 1500 features approved by judgers
• Checkers are rewarded for leaving comments to labellers, and punished for receiving comments from judgers
• Checkers are to push back a task after leaving 10 comments max
• If there are only 1-2 errors, the checker can correct it. But this will slow him down, so make sure to push back poor work (comments given to labellers will act as further training for labellers).
