Expert Wordpress Developer (Must work US Timezone)

Hello,

I am looking for an expert PHP and Wordpress developer that can work US timezone. This ideal candidate MUST write clean code. Candidate must also be an expert in PHP and creating or customizing plugins and themes.

Candidate MUST have experience working in a team.
Candidate must be up-to-date in web development trends (ex. scroll triggered animation).
