Looking for a Google AdWords Quality Score Guru

We're looking for some very specific help with our existing Google AdWords search campaigns. Our campaigns are set-up and running smoothly. However, our Quality Scores suck bad - like 2/10. We can't figure out what's wrong. We're also potentially looking for other optimization, but we need someone that's amazingly good at AdWords search campaign optimization. We use Instapage for our landing pages.
