JOB OVERVIEW

My company is looking to integrate Google Voice (calls and texting) into our CRM. We are looking to also be able to send out text message campaigns this way as well.

Here are some of the things we are looking to do:

1) Auto call agent when a new client enters the CRM, then call out to the client. Therefore we are connecting the agent to the client soon as possible.
2) Auto text client from agent's Google Voice number a "Welcome" message.
3) Ability to call and text clients within the CRM and log a call was made or text sent (we have the table for this already in our database)
4) Be able to set up text campaign to clients (weekly, monthly, etc).

We are looking to have this done as soon as possible and need someone that knows how to use Google Voice to implement this.

We currently have a Java program, which is currently limited to 1 phone number per computer, that was set up for the "Welcome" text message to clients.

Please provide your available hours (in PST) and desired rate. This post is currently for the project only, but can lead to further projects, depending on API and web development skills.
