Food Manufacturing Software Company is Seeking a Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work directly on prospecting and converting leads into clients. We will provide the Sales Rep leads and will provide training. The sales rep needs to be enthusiastic, a fast learner, and tech-savvy. We are also looking for someone who is highly organized, focused, and results driven. The Sales Rep must be able to communicate effectively via phone (90%) and email (10%), helping the sales team consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

As a rep, you will give in person and online demonstrations of the platform, create pitches, create presentations, network, and follow up with prospects.

Responsibilities:

- Research and contact potential new clients
- Manage and nurture existing accounts
- Take qualified leads and convert interested potential customers into happy new customers via short and long sales cycles
- Drive daily sales activities including sales calls, scheduling meetings and presentations, targeting specific customers to achieve objectives, and implementing sales strategies
- Creatively prospect by effectively networking and building great relationships with potential customers and organizations
- Use CRM tools to track and manage sales

Qualifications:

- Excellent English speaking skills required
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience
- Experience in the food industry a plus
- Experience working with CRM like Salesforce a plus
- Excellent communicator

- Tech-savvy


Compensation and Benefits:

You will receive a salary plus commission per each successful sign up, plus recurring income for each account that you manage. You will have excellent potential to dramatically increase your income stream as you acquire and manage a larger number of accounts each month.
