We are an e-commerce company looking for unique and talented individuals who can work with our clients in the US when it comes to their business needs from product listing to admin support. Our goal is to choose the best and the brightest to help us achieve world-class service.
Skills for Product Lister,PPC Expert and Graphic Designer
1.Strong knowledge of catalog flat file upload to develop high quality brand enhanced content
2.Inventory planning and listing management.
3. Ensure our listings are up to date, accurate, and properly represent the products sold.
4. Ability to optimize listings and keywords (SEO)
5.Has knowledge in PPC Campaigns
6. Strong sales focused analytical skills to assist in finding sales opportunity gaps, offer recommendations of new products, etc…
7. Has basic photoshop or any graphics design work experience
We also need Customer Care Associates with the following requirements:
1. Has excellent communication skills and can comfortably converse on the phone.
2. Has relevant work experience in answering queries on online shopping platforms (EBAY,Shopify, Amazon etc...) and has worked on WordPress.
