JOB OVERVIEW

This is a outbound sales call position. You will be responsible for contacting prospects that visit our website and have entered in their contact information.

These prospects are all looking for houses. They are all trying to save time and money. It will be your job to explain to them the benefits of working with an experienced agent.

The prospects have requested certain items to be shared with them, and it is your responsibility to insure that we can accommodate proper delivery of the requested items.

Part of the enrollment process is to schedule them to come in and meet with us to help them develop a strategy to getting the best deal on the market and then help them create a list of houses that meet their specific needs.

There are a series of questions through out the script. Each of these questions should be answered and relayed to us along with the date and time of the appointment.

The Script has been developed and used throughout the USA for several years. You will need to demonstrate flexibility in utilizing the script and answering random questions as well as handle objections. Most all objection responses are also scripted.

These calls should be made between 10 AM and 8 PM MST Monday through Thursday, and Saturday. You will be responsible to set the appointment Schedule follow up with email verification, text verification, video email as well as confirm the appointment in a separate call the day of the appointment.
