Graphic Design

I established ---------- over 5 years ago. We are best known for creating pretty home management printables. Our core products are our sweet Life Planner Club ( ---------- ) and our Sweet Life Planner. We also have various digital courses (how to create printables, how to organize your entire business, etc.)

Daily Work Description:
- Primary responsibility would be to create printables in Adobe illustrator or Indesign - This does not require creative design work, but rather just implementing something very specific based on specific instructions. We have tons of printables in tons of sizes and editions (styles). So an example of a task would be: take this 2018 dated monthly calendar in this specific size and style (original indesign file provided) and create it for 2019. Or take this full size budget printable pack (original indesign file provided) and redesign it in half size.

- Would also be creating some "printables" in Google Sheets and Excel (here is an example: ----------

- Load printables in to the Sweet Life Planner Club on wordpress

- Fill club member printable requests - this requires the ability to translate a written description into a printable design


Skill Sets Required:

- Needs to be willing and able to work in Asana - all assignments are given there (prior experience in Asana not required - anyone who is tech savvy shouldn't have a problem learning it)

- Comfortable communicating with the I Heart Planenrs team via slack

- Proficient in Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator (creative design skills or illustration skills not needed)

- Ability to use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

- Need to be very detailed oriented and precise about how the printables are created

-Basic familiarity with using wordpress

- Quick turnaround time for urgent requests (so if we request something on Monday, it can be complete by Wednesday)

- There is opportunity for this to grow into a full time position if the person has broader interests and abilities
