Superstar VA required for unique base+commission earnings role - exciting company!

I am looking for someone to support the two partners as a full time VA.

The brand is an exciting start up, which has successfully been crowdfunded.

They need to be able to think outside the box and help the brand to grow. In return, they will be given a lot of freedom, development, growth and focus

Amongst the work that will need to be done, is:

- Customer Service via emails
- Ringing customers / suppliers
- Supplier Managment
- Social Media
- Emails to distributors / retailers
- Lead Generation
- ClickFunnels and Landing Pages
- Facebook Advertising
- Optimising Shopify
- Mailing List Management
- Dropshipping
- Emailing bloggers, journalists etc.

The company is a luxury lighting brand and the successful candidate will help to grow its sales. It is a very exciting and growing brand - so we are looking for the perfect fit to join us and skyrocket this growth.

It will suit someone organised, hungry, focused, passionate, with great initiative. Good bonuses and training will be available for good performance.

You will also have access to a full time digital marketing agency as part of this role so advice etc can be offered whenever needed.

After your trial period, there will even be a commission structure in place, so you are able to benefit directly from the growth you are responsible for, in addition to the base salary. Given the products retail from $50-300, this can add up to a sizeable amount per month if the sales are made, where the possibility to double and even triple your monthly salary exists.

It will suit someone with lots of experience who is looking for a stable role where they can now focus on one brand, own it and treat it like their own.
