Systems Administrator (Technical Support) in Metro Manila

Looking for Systems Administrator to work one of multiple shifts, looking for more than one person.

Accountable for system availability, performance and service delivery required to meet business needs. Provides advanced technical expertise and high-level customer service skills while maintaining accurate and timely deliverables including, but not limited to, advanced issue resolution, resource allocation and process documentation.

Daily responsibilities would include but not be limited to customer support over the phone, Windows Operating System (OS) installation and configuration, primarily through the use of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for imaging and deployment of applications and related policies. The provisioning and maintenance of colleague domain and corporate messaging accounts in a Windows environment using active directory or similar tools. Working with Group Policy and understanding how those policies effect the environment. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of administration experience or a minimum of seven (7) years of a combination of post high school education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Ability and willingness to work on-call hours, including weekends and after-hours is required. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations and/or Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MSCCM) 2012 certifications are highly desirable.

The correct individual for the job should be able to communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, be a team player, be able to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusion based on that data. They should also possess Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager or similar computer imaging products.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
