Project Manager - Are You A Master At Making Things Happen?

Modern Spare, a growing automotive parts and accessories company, is looking to add a new member to it’s team. Modern Spare sells a specific line of products for sports and luxury cars around the world.

In this position, the team member will be essential in managing the company’s online reputation and visibility. This will be accomplished in a variety of ways, including:

-Social Media Content Management
-Company Website Management (Including SEO Tracking & Management)
-Online Reputation Management
-Online Customer Service (Email response only)
-New Product Information & Implementation
-Online Media Management
-Research and Implement ways to grow the company

In this role, the applicant will work directly with service providers to ensure that the companies online visibility and reputation is kept at its very best.

To be effective, an applicant should have the following skills or attributes:

-Extremely proficient in English so as to effectively communicate with customers. Please note, that this is limited to typed responses only. The applicant will not be communicating directly with customers over the phone.

- Have a basic understanding of Wordpress and web design.
- Proficient in Social Media venues and content management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
-A passion in vehicles would be preferable as you will work with products for some of the most desirable vehicles in the world.
-Quick learner
-Google Drive Experience (Google Docs, Sheets, Etc)
-Ecommerce Experience Preferred


Above all, the applicant must be self motivated and excellent at problem solving. We are looking for someone who doesn’t back down to a challenge and is motivated to get results. This role will directly report to the owner of the company and will require someone with an incredibly strong sense of accountability and initiative. Supervision will be minimal. Hours are flexible insomuch as your tasks are completed on a timely schedule.

Pay will be based on an hourly rate with monthly performance bonuses being awarded. This role is vital to the businesses success and comes with a high level of trust. As such, we are looking for an extremely talented long term member to be paid an above average wage.

This role will report directly to the leaders of the company and will require someone with an incredibly strong sense of accountability and initiative. This is NOT a mindless role! We are looking for someone excited to work in a fast-paced, talented, and fun team.
