Here’s The Situation

We are a busy internet company doing marketing and a lot of website and graphic work who’s finding that “I have a bottle neck” when it comes to cutting up new sites from photoshop to xhtml , creating banners, designing websites, slideshows and adverts to go on websites.

You will be confident you can do PERFECT CSS and compliant XHTML and be highly experienced in dreamweaver and photoshop (illustrator would be an advantage as well)

You may have done some work in Wordpress or Joomla before which will be beneficial, although not essential. Experience with Dwoo templating engine will also be beneficial.

I’m looking for someone who has a passion for web development and new online technologies to drive these projects through to completion.



To be a success in this role, you:
- Love getting the job done, quickly with an attention to detail and solid testing
-Happy to follow systems and fill out admin, there are a lot of systems to learn initially which will make for smooth projects in the future
-Like working in a team with 4-8 others on some projects.
- Enjoy problem solving and taking a website from design to completion
- Are constantly exploring new web development techniques and software, especially adobe products and new techniques
- Are constantly updating your own skills and understand CSS3 and HTML 5
- Have SOLID experience using dreamweaver and photoshop

About Our Team
We are a group of businesses focused on web development, hosting and internet marketing for an international client base, we have team members located in various countries. We are also in the process of launching high-end web development and marketing products and services and are experiencing high growth in this area.

Our primary areas of expertise/business are search engine optimisation, web development and email marketing plus community building using social media. My team and I are very flexible and easy to get along with, we believe you should have the flexibility to set your own hours that you want to regularly work, but these would be regular each week, maybe mornings, evenings, you tell us what suits you.

You will be ensuring you meet DAILY targets set and record times using timesheets. We will give you as clear instructions as possible including basecamp briefings and skype briefings . You can always ask us as many questions as possible until you're absolutely clear about what needs to be done.

What We’re Offering
- Permanent part time position 20 - 40 hours per month, may be extended for the right person
- Most tasks will have set timings and payments, based on our past experience.
- Starting wage negotiable depending on experience $2-$7 USD per hour,
- 3-monthly bonus payments and pay-rises for top performers !
