Technical Documentation Writer - Work from Home

Job Description

Fast growing Las Vegas based software company is looking for a full-time Technical Writer with knowledge and experience in the software industry to join our team. You will be working from home, collaborating with our remote team.

The role will primarily be writing technical help articles for our software apps. Here is an example of one of our existing help sites. ----------

The content material will be based on information given by our team and from your own research. This role will suit a fast learner who is able to grasp new technologies quickly.

Duties:

Writing concise help documentation for our suite of software apps.
Quality testing and undercovering bugs for our software apps.
Bonus: Creating walkthrough tutorial videos of our apps.

Requirements:

Excellent written English skills
At least 3 years experience working in a software (preferred) or writing role
Experience in writing help documentation
The ability to work independently
A keen ability to learn and try new things
Fast, reliable computer
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Quiet work environment during business hours
Academic writing experience is a plus

Benefits:

Salary is PHP 30-40,000 per month
13-month pay
Flexible daytime (Philippine) work hours.
