Personal assistant for Talent Management company based in Los Angeles

Currently seeking assistant who can help me running the day to day activities of my talent management company. You will also be assisting with other day to day activities of my own acting related things.
The job by itself, is not very complicated, but I DO need someone who is willing to learn and be teachable, someone who speaks and writes excellent english is a MUST, and someone who has discipline with tasks.

This is a full time 40 hr/week job. POTENTIALLY can do 30hr a week, salary will be adjusted then.

Current job requirements:
-Have your own computer and computer at home to work on WITH reliable internet connection
-Be available from 10 am LOS ANGELES time to 6 pm LOS ANGELES time (this could be negotiated for the right person)
-Be available to communicate with on Whatsapp, with both txt and speaking, AT ALL TIMES DURING WORK HOURS
-EXCELLENT mastery of the English language. DEFINITE MUST
-Be up to date on American tv shows (please list your 5 favorite current tv shows, as well)

We'll start with smaller tasks for, but your responsibilities will increase as you get used to everything. Again, MUST be willing to learn.


Please also tell me what is the difference between a multi cam tv show and a single cam tv show and give examples of each. Explain this IN YOUR OWN WORDS. Do not copy and paste, as I will know.

Please note this job is for one person only and we do not deal with agencies. The successful applicant will be provided with software that can only be licensed on one machine so if you are an agency, you will be wasting both our time and your own by applying. And for this same reason please do not apply if you are planning to job share with someone else.

I offer competitive monthly salary. Upon completing 12 months, a 13th month salary will be given as annual bonus. You will get vacation from December 17- January 3 that is paid for. In addition to this, I will give 10 days paid vacation time during the year of your choosing and 5 paid sick days. For the first two months, salary will be paid weekly, and afterward will be paid monthly.

Salary will be $300/mo + $45 for benefits for a total of $345/mo. This is for 40 hours of work per week. Paid via Paypal.
Hours would be 10 am to 6 pm los angeles time, (2 am to 10 am philippines time) with one hour break for lunch.

For 30 hours a week your salary will be $225 total + $34 benefits for a total of $259/mo.
Hours for this will be 12 pm to 6 pm Los Angeles time. (4 am to 10 am philippines time), with half hour for lunch break included

If all goes well, this will be a stable and long term job and will be giving a raise in salary if after one year everything is going well.
