Collects past due credit card or loan accounts through phone





Requirements


•Male or Female
•Candidate must be 25 years old and above
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College degree
•At least 1 year of work experience in the related field (collections or sales/marketing) is preferred
•Candidate must be computer literate
•Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Candidate must be knowledgeable on credit cards/loans/microfinance processes
•Candidate must have good oral and written communication and negotiation skills
•Candidate must know how to deal with people / must have good customer relation skills
