Wanted! WordPress Support Superheroes

We're looking for high quality WordPress Support Superheroes to work with us and our team on an on-going basis firstly as freelance with the prospect of becoming Full Time.

You'll need the following experience:

Previous WordPress support experience in a fast moving environment with proven customer skills. You've ideally worked for a company that sells WordPress Themes/Plugins/Services and are familar wit setting up a local WordPress install to debug issues and walking customers through technical issues in a non technical way.

HTML5, CSS3 and PHP skills. You'll also need to be familiar with Javascript. Bonus points if you've ever used React or any other JS framework such as Vue.

You need to be comfortable with written English, not perfect. But you should be able to communicate with us via Instant Messaging platforms like Skype.
