We are looking for a full-time (40+ hours per week) graphic designer with strong customer support skills. This person's primary responsibilities will include designing website/WordPress theme layouts, logos, brochures/flyers, banner ads, sales and squeeze page graphics and other graphic design work in Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, this person will monitor and respond to customers in our help desk support (Zen Desk), perform occasional simple data entry and research tasks, etc.
Applicants should have the following skills:
• Graphics Design Skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Website & WordPress Theme Layout Design skills
• Good communication skills Thorough research and data entry skills
• The ability to use a help desk (Zen Desk)
• The ability to multitask
• Require little supervision
Our perfect candidate will be capable of handling a lot of tasks all the time. We are looking for a great communicator, a fast learner and someone who likes to have fun and wants to grow within an organization.
The primary responsibilities of this job will be graphic design in Photoshop. However, we ask all of our staff members to be flexible to do anything we ask on short notice.
The starting pay rate is negotiable and will be determined by the experience of the individual applicant. The candidate we choose will be hired for a one-month (30-day) probation period. After the initial 30-days, we will provide a review. We are looking to hire someone for the long term. The hired candidate will be paid weekly or bi-weekly through Xoom or Paypal.
