JOB OVERVIEW

Greetings,
I am looking to expand my US based marketing firm and desire to hire several strong team members to help grow the business.
I am hiring several workers to serve as sales and client retention managers.
The position will change over time, initially you will help out with our prospecting for new clients.
Phase 1: Prospecting
Skills needed:
Creativity, problem solving, and inititative.
You will be trained on the processes that work for our business.
You will take our prospect lists, find any missing email addresses, upload the emails into our email delivery system, and monitor the responses.
Phase 2: Pre-Sales
You will then call via Skype anyone that requests more information. You will also reach out to everyone that opened our emails. You need to be comfortable answering emails and setting appointments. You must be comfortable cold calling prospects. In many cases all you will do in this stage is set up an appointment to make a sales presentation. However, you may also move right to the next phase during one of these calls.
Phase 3: Sales
In this step, you will close sales calls with the prospects.
You will collect their billing information/initial deposit for our services.
You will be working with this client for as long as you are an employee so you will need to be strong at developing relationships.
Phase 4: Customer Service and Retention
Once the client has paid for their initial deposit, you will set up an account for them in our client back office/tracking software. Training will be provided.

You will send the client information about their account.
You will follow our on-boarding process for each new client. We have an email newsletter that we send to all clients on a regular basis.
You will communicate with other team members that will fulfill our services to our new client.
On a regular basis, you will monitor their accounts, advocate on the client’s behalf to help us serve them better. You will monitor their payments to ensure service is not interrupted.
On the rare occasion that a client leaves, you will start over at the beginning to find a replacement.

You will be assigned to geographic territories. You will earn a starting salary with periodic salary reviews at 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days. Additionally, you will earn performance bonuses for acquiring and retaining clients based on pre-determined goals.

You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You will be in contact with clients in both modalities. You must be self-motivated, have strong leadership skills, possess the ability to suggest improvements, and have initiative. We are a new company, and we want your input on how we can make your job easier and more efficient, but also serve our customers better!

You must have fast internet and a computer. You must have a work environment that allows you to make telephone calls. You will be required to be on the telephone with your US based accounts during regular US business hours.
You must be comfortable with excel, cloud storage, be a good team mate, and be fearless in your desire to succeed! You must have a strong desire to grow with us long term.

Our clients are lawyers, so your written and verbal communication needs to be strong.
We will do our best to provide comprehensive training on our processes, and Standard Operating Processes. We want you to be successful and will help you grow with the company.
