Looking for a developer who has experience with Amazon to create an Amazon web tool

I want to create a web tool OR chrome extension where it searches product listings on Kijiji for items that you can flip/sell on Amazon.

For example;

1) You go on Kijiji and search for "brand new toy" in the buy and sell category
2) You will have to go through a lot of pages to find the "right" product
3) The app will check each product on the Kijiji page and compare it to the listing on Amazon
4) For example, if someone is selling a new toy for $5 on Kijiji and it sells for $20 on Amazon, it will notify you that you will make a $15 profit. It should also gather other important information along with the profit.
