JOB OVERVIEW

The person who lands this job will LOVE what they do. We are looking for a 20 hour per week employee to partner with for many years who has a great personality, excellent phone skills, and loves talking with people.

We provide extensive training for on-going job success. Your job is to call home-sellers in South Carolina who have a house to sell and set appointments for these home sellers to meet with the top Real Estate agent in South Carolina to get their home sold. You will be calling on home sellers who's home failed to sell with their previous agent. You will also be calling on home sellers who are trying to sell their home "For Sale By Owner". And, you will be calling on home sellers leads that our company provides to you. All phone numbers will be supplied to you, and all scripts and training will be supplied to you.

The ideal candidate has U.S. phone experience and excellent English with a minimal accent. The ideal candidate has experience making out-bound sales calls and setting appointments.

The base salary is $2.50 U.S. Dollars per hour with the ability to make up to $7.50 U.S. Dollars per hour based on the number of qualified appointments you are able to set. For every qualified appointment you do set, you will earn a bonus of $10. The best people at setting appointments will set 2 appointments per day. The minimum expectation is an average of 1 appointment set every day.

This is a 20 hour per week job. Hours are 4:00 PM EST to 8:00 PM EST. You will have on-going training every Tuesday & Wednesday. You will be involved in our team meetings. You will become one of our valued staff members and a valued team member.

Tasks and Duties include:
* Call internet leads to convert to an appointment
* Call all new leads within 5 minutes of receiving during work hours
* If not reached after the first call, call an additional 5 to 6 times within the next week until contacted
* Expect to make 20 to 30 dials per hour
* Expect to set 1 to 2 appointments per day
* Fill out seller lead sheet and email to the real estate agent who will go on the appointment
* Email the lead to confirm the appointment
* Put the appointment in the real estate agent's calendar
* Call the day of the appointment to confirm the appointment
* Send daily report to your team leader of # of calls made, number of people spoken to, number of appointments set
* Prepare to talk with a lot of people who need help selling their home and and have a lot of fun
