We are a family run online retailer selling products through Amazon, Ebay and our own websites. Established 12 years ago, we have enjoyed a sustained period of growth. We are looking for a suitable candidate to manage our Amazon and Ebay customer services on a full-time basis. You will be required to work 8 hours a day 6.30am to 3.30pm UK time with an hour break.
As a minimum, you should have two years’ experience using Amazon Seller Central in the UK and Europe and Ebay UK. Full training will be given on aspects of Amazon and Ebay that you may not be familiar with.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Own computer and great internet connection
- Excellent administration and IT skills (use of Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with both eBay and Amazon is essential
- Minimum 2 year’s VA experience
- Good timekeeping and an ability to meet deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Researching competitors and reporting on potential price adjustments.
- Researching data for new marketing campaigns
- Responding to customer
- Dealing with customer returns (we will let you know what has been returned).
- Follow up with any negative reviews.
- Raise queries with Amazon and Ebay when required.
- Download monthly reports from Amazon and put this information into Excel spreadsheets.
- Day to day management of our stock management system.
