JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time (40+ hours per week) customer support specialist with strong English communication skills. This person's primary responsibilities will include help desk support (Zen Desk), data entry and research tasks, virtual assistant tasks and other miscellaneous tasks.
It is our preference that the applicant work USA hours from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm EST (with one hour lunch).

Applicants should have the following skills:

• Great customer support email skills (English)
• Thorough research and data entry skills
• The ability to use a help desk (Zen Desk)
• The ability to multitask
• Require little supervision
• Work on USA hours

Our perfect candidate will be capable of handling a lot of tasks all the time. We are looking for a great communicator, a fast learner and someone who likes to have fun and wants to grow within an organization.
The primary responsibilities of this job will be customer support via a help desk, virtual assisting, and other miscellaneous tasks.

The starting pay rate is negotiable and will be determined by the experience of the individual applicant. The candidate we choose will be hired for a one-month (30-day) probation period. After the initial 30-days, we will provide a review. We are looking to hire someone for the long term. The hired candidate will be paid weekly or bi-weekly through Xoom or Paypal.
