Real Estate VA

We’re looking for an honest, talented, detail oriented and hardworking person that would like to become a valuable member of our team. We need someone that has experience in the Real Estate Industry (Although the position we are looking to fill primarily requires good telephone skills, sales, and data management experience.) Must be articulate, internet savvy and have the ability to make phone calls using Google voice or Skype. Additionally must be able to communicate on a regular basis their progress and status.

We prefer someone who is comfortable making cold calls and has some sales experience. You will be contacting people who are advertising their house for sale. You will then:
- Gather their info on property
- Find out seller motivation
- Be able to connect with them
- be able to ask tough questions. (We do provide scripts and training)
-enter data provided by the seller into Google Docs and email leads to us

Applicant will spend part of their time researching internet ads for real estate properties that are for sale and meet certain requirements (For Sale By Owner only--no Realtor listings). The rest of the time you will be calling the owners of the properties for sale to find out certain information (based on a script and a form we will provide) as well as set up follow up phone calls.

I have created a list of Tasks and prerequisites that are applicable for the job:

- Have their own computer and reliable, high-speed Internet connection.
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes excellent English.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype or Google Voice
- Has a Google email account.
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily be trained other skills.
- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Can work regular U.S business hours (Eastern time).
-Has good organizational, computer, people, and phone skills.
-Market Research.
-Answering phone calls and following up with sellers
-You must EXCEL at following-up.
