Full Time Web Master/ Web Designer/ Web Developer

Duties:

1) Develop design and other related improvements to existing website properties to maximize page views and conversions

2) Develop and design new websites on an ongoing basis as strategic marketing projects are initiated

3) Ongoing placement of new content to the sites

4) Work with SEO staff to insure that on page content is presented in a way to insure visitors stay on the page to learn more and respond to calls to action

5) Communicate with management about updates to Google and other search engines

6) Continuously review the performance of the pages of each site and analyze reasons for poor statistics

7) Apply conversion rate optimization techniques to improve page designs



Work hours
9 am to 5 pm

Reporting

At the end of your daily shift about 30 minutes a report needs to be completed

Management requires daily reporting of activities by 9 AM EST


1) Daily Web site(s) activity and performance report

2) Overnight activity of websites

3) Progress reports for open projects with deadlines for this day/week

4) Details of specific work to be performed for the day

5) Details of work that was has not been completed as planned and why

6) Requests for support
