REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WANTED

Real Estate Company needs someone to work virtually 10 to 15 hours a week to run CMA's - Competitive Market Analysis on residential properties.
- You will conduct the analysis to show if purchasing the property would be a good deal. You will be shown a tutorial on how to conduct the analysis.
- You will also be doing online marketing to generate additional real estate leads from posting ads on craigslist, facebook.
- Other marketing projects may be given to you as well.
- Hours may increase depending on skills and computer skills.
- Online marketing experience a definite plus.

- Basic Microsoft Office skills are needed
- Basic Internet skills needed
