Email Marketing for Digital Marketplace

This is a job for someone with good English skills and experience with email marketing.

We are a digital marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia and we are looking for someone when it comes to email marketing and helping our clients convert their customers better using email.

This is not an easy job, so if you're looking for something to just fill the time, this is not the right role for you. You're going to put a lot of thought into what you're planning to do and you will be involved in the strategy component of the responsibilities.

I would like to know your previous experience and on what kind of projects you've worked on, what tools are you familiar with and tell me how you would go about setting up the email marketing for a company that hasn't done any email marketing before - like an e-commerce website (there's no right or wrong answer, I want to see you thought process). Also, when you apply for this job, for the title of your application put "I'm an email marketing ninja" (this is so I know you've read the description.

At start this is going to be a part-time job with about 5 to 10 hours a week, but if we're a good fit it can become a full-time job.

Also, compensation is going to be based on experience.
