Direct mail marketing

Working on a project that mails out, mail reply cards. looking for someone that can take data from excell, and can upload addresses to us.postal service site, and can print the same address on a cards in two location, on same side of cards with a barcode only with one of the address . If you can complete the task then you may also be part of other ongoing marketing campaigns .
